Research Methods

Different methods are used depending on the information needed - we have well honed and flexible skills to get to the core of a topic.  Wide sources of information are used by us in qual research in addition to interviewing people.  Some examples of methods used are:
• Group discussions - central location, online
• Depth interviews: face to face, telephone, online
• Online bulletin boards, mobile phone

• Photographic materials
• Content/text analysis

. Observational - watching people's behaviour

Workshop groups - These are longer sessions where people are set to work to discuss and solve issues.  We also often run these with clients at the start and/or end of projects.  It brings the information to life in the organisation.

There are also a wide range of techniques used such as task completion and projective techniques,
